Description
This premium 8" woofer is a gem for two-way systems. At the core of it's design is a unique voice coil which has two 12 ohm voice coils made of CCA wire wound in parallel on the same bobbin for a 7 ohm driver impedance. This design provides a very motor controlled design with excellent transient and reference response. The cone is made of a very rigid carbon filled polypropylene cone which displays a very uniform break-up mode. The spider is made of a flat formed conex spider for linear travel in both directions. The parts are supported by Euro style die cast aluminum basket.
